Day 2 of my East Tennessee diet:
Breakfast: Strawberry muffins, coffee with full fat cream.
Snack: Vending machine, frackers and diet coke
Lunch: Fried fish, tartar sauce, salad with blue cheese, rolls with butter
Mid afternoon snack: Two Krystal cheese burgers, medium fries and a starbucks green tea.
Considering another piece of mocha cake.
Gotta meet Pops for dinner at 6:30 at O'Charleys....What should I have??? Its all deep fried, my body may start to shut down.
